We've seen too many atrocities caused by systemic racism to further continue without trying to do more in our power to help. At Lost in the Sauce, we want to be a positive force for good and for change. That's why, for the month of June, we'll be donating 15% of sales on our website to BlackLivesMatter charities. We're also committing ourselves to continue this initiative by donating a percentage of our sales monthly towards other causes we believe in.
If 2020 has taught us anything so far, its that each and every one of us need to do our part in order to bring about the changes needed for a better world. We stand by our brothers & sisters in the black community and by the #BlackLivesMatter movement in their pursuit for peace, equality, and human rights. Systemic racism has oppressed minorities and especially the black community for far too long and now it's time we ALL do our part to end it. It will be a long and uncomfortable journey, but we can't let the gross mistreatment and abuse of power continue. We encourage everyone to have the conversations needed with those around you and work from the inside-out. It's not enough to be not racist. We need to be ANTI-racist. Together, we can change the world for the better.
