Great question! We're Lost in the Sauce (or LITS for short), a Toronto-based hot sauce company committed to bringing out the experience behind hot sauce culture and that perfect blend of spice and flavour. We're not just another retail product: we're the 'hell yeah' after someone asks if you're down for another, the 'let me get one of those' at a party, the high you feel when you know you've hit the peak in good vibes. All of our sauces emphasize flavour over just heat. We want you to enjoy the combo of our sauces with your food rather than burn your tongue off.

Nope! We focus on flavour over just spice. Although all of our sauces have a kick (some spicier than others), none are meant to be super hot. We don't want to ruin your meal after all.

Just like with most condiments, we suggest refrigerating all of our sauces after opening them for maximum freshness. All of our sauces have been pH tested to ensure they are shelf-stable, with a shelf life of minimum 2 years unopened. Keep in mind that once opened (just like most products), shelf life can be affected by cross-contamination and leaving the product open for long periods.

Yes! We ship internationally using many different shipping providers. You'll be able to see the options during checkout and select the one that works best for you.

Our LITS Club Rewards Program is a way for you to earn points (we call 'em LITS Dollars) towards discounting your sauce orders. Simply create an account and start earning!

There are many ways to earn: when you sign up, on your birthday, when you follow us on Instagram, and of course whenever you purchase sauce. You can also earn LITS Dollars when you refer others (you both get $5 off). Your points collect on your account and you choose when to use them.
