A bright Trinidadian-style pepper sauce built on Scotch Bonnet and Habanero, mellowed with carrot, onion, garlic, mustard, and lime. Pour it on eggs, fried rice, doubles, grilled meat, roti, pizza, ramen, anywhere you'd normally reach for sriracha. Dedicated to my friend Brandon Boodoo. The first flavour on the LITS line-up.

OG Boodoo is named for my late friend Brandon Boodoo, who introduced me to real Trinidadian pepper sauce: his dad Eddie's homemade pepper sauce. Every bottle carries his name on the label and is in honour of the all of the shared memories we had together when I'd visit his place, smell the aroma of Eddie cooking up something real good in the kitchen, and the first thing I'd ask before eating: "where's the pepper sauce?".

How hot is 7/10 really?
Hotter than Sriracha, just under habanero on its own. The carrot and mustard mellow the burn into 'real heat' you can pour on everything without your eyes watering. Most people who handle medium hot wings handle Boodoo fine.
