“Promptly bought 2 jars of Amma's Sambal and almost cried. So flavorful and instantly took me back home.”

Sauce, never a side note.
I'm Malaysian-Tamil, born into a household where sauce wasn't a condiment, it was the soul of the meal. Amma's sambal turned weeknight rice into something I'd think about the next day. Every friend's house I'd visit (different cultures, different recipes) had its own version of the same story: a homemade sauce on the table, treated as essential.
Then I'd walk into a supermarket and the only options were watered-down bottles built for novelty wing nights and shock-value gimmicks. You know the kind. That gap (between real, homemade sauce and what's actually on the shelf) is why LITS exists.
Amma's Malaysian Sambal carries my mom Siva's recipe. OG Boodoo is named for my late best friend Brandon, whose family's Trinidadian pepper sauce changed how I thought about what hot sauce could be. Every bottle since is built in that same spirit: small batches, real ingredients, made for cooking, made for you.
