We make sauce we're proud of, and we want you to actually love it. If a sauce isn't for you, we'll make it right.

The guarantee. Not feeling your sauce? Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it. No need to mail the jar back. Keep it, cook with it, gift it, whatever you like.

The honest fine print.
• The refund covers the price of the product. Original shipping isn't included.
• One money-back refund per customer. We want every first taste to be risk-free, but we can't do unlimited refunds.
• The window is 30 days from the day your order is delivered.

Damaged or wrong orders. If something arrives broken, leaking, or not what you ordered, that's on us. Email a photo within 7 days and we'll sort a replacement or a full refund, shipping included. 

How to start. Email us at [your support email] with your order number and a quick note on what didn't work. We usually reply within 1 to 2 business days, and approved refunds land on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Subscriptions. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account, no fees. Cancelling stops future orders; it doesn't refund ones already shipped. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
