We currently offer $10 flat rate shipping on all orders within Canada and free shipping using the "SHIPFREE" for orders above $65 within Canada and the US*. Shipping times may vary and all tracking information is automatically sent to you when the order is ready to fulfill (usually within 2-5 business days). If you have any trouble receiving this information, please send us an email with your order number to info@lostinthesauce.ca and we'll respond promptly.
*Note: Free shipping is available for orders above $65 so long as shipping costs within $25.
