Flavour over heat, since 2018

Lost in the Sauce started in Toronto with a simple frustration: the sauces on most shelves were all vinegar and burn, nothing like the bold, layered flavours we grew up on in our families' kitchens.

So we made our own. Small-batch, all-natural, vegan and gluten-free hot sauces and sambal that earn a permanent spot on your table. The kind of sauce that makes the dish, not just sets your mouth on fire.

It's for the home cook who treats hot sauce as a daily essential, not a novelty. People who love flavour, story, and food as a way to bring everyone to the table.

Open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory. The winner is selected at random from eligible entries and must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to claim the prize.
