We love the Project Casper hot sauce! It has a great sweet peach taste while packing a pleasant punch. It's wonderful in a sandwich, as a dip, on tacos, with fish and grilled meats. We order multiple bottles at once to make sure we never run out! We've been ordering it for 2 years and the taste and heat has always been very consistent. Our absolute favorite hot sauce!

I was gifted the Bodhi hot sauce and had the opportunity to try it out. At first I was super nervous as it's got a 4/5 heat rating, and though I like spicy foods, I'm not a pro. The sauce has a watery consistency which was surprising to me and made it too easy to over pour into a sauce plate or even into a marinade so be careful. By itself, it had a lovely sweetness and flavour to it, but it really packed on some heat. When I dipped it into foods, it paired wonderfully and the heat was a lot easier to handle. I really really enjoyed it and have been using it in all kinds of foods lately!
