Cowboy Caviar with Burning Mango

Cowboy caviar dip with LITS Burning Mango hot sauce and tortilla chips

Cowboy caviar is the dish you bring when you want the bowl to come home empty. Black beans, sweet corn, avocado, peppers, all the fresh stuff, tossed in a punchy dressing and scooped up with tortilla chips.

Our version leans on Burning Mango in the dressing. The award-winning mango habanero brings real fruit sweetness and a clean, building heat, so the whole bowl tastes brighter and a little tropical.

Why this works

Burning Mango is built on real kesar mango with a fresh Scotch Bonnet and habanero blend, balanced enough that the fruit comes through first. Whisked into olive oil and lime, it becomes a dressing that makes a simple bean salad taste like something you waited in line for. Add Burning Mango to the cart and you will find a hundred uses for it.

Tips and Variations

  • Heat to taste: 1/4 cup Burning Mango is a friendly medium. Add more for a bigger kick.
  • Keep it vegan: skip the feta, everything else is plant-based.
  • Serve it more ways: spoon over tacos, grilled chicken, or rice bowls, not just chips.
  • Pair it: set it beside our Burning Mango Cauliflower Wings for a game-day spread.

Pro tip: Add the avocado and feta last and fold gently so the bowl looks as good as it tastes.
