What's the difference between hot sauce and sambal?
Hot sauce is thinner — drizzle, dip, splash. Sambal is a thick chili paste — spoon it, stir it into cooking, marinate with it, spread it. Amma's Malaysian Sambal is the only sambal in our lineup. The rest are hot sauces.
Are LITS sauces actually vegan and gluten-free?
Yes — every single bottle. 100% vegan, gluten-free, all-natural, low sodium. Amma's Sambal has no shrimp paste, unlike most traditional sambals.
