Does it cost anything to join?
Nope. The LITS Club is free, and you're 200 Sauce Points up the moment you sign up. You just need an account so we've got somewhere to put them.
I've ordered before. Do I have Sauce Points already?
Quite possibly. If you've ordered from us using the same email, sign in and check your balance. A lot of our customers are sitting on more than they realise.
How many Sauce Points do I need before I can use them?
100 gets you $1 off, so there's no big threshold to climb to. Most people wait until they've built up a few hundred, but that's up to you.
Do I need a password?
No. We use passwordless sign-in, so you enter your email and we send you a six-digit code. That's it.
How does referring a friend work?
Sign in and grab your referral link, then send it to whoever needs it. When they order, they get $5 off and we drop $5 worth of Sauce Points on your account too.
Should I take the $10 or the 15% off coupon?
Both cost 1,000 Sauce Points. The 15% coupon is worth more once your basket goes past about $67, and below that the straight $10 wins. Take whichever suits the order.
