The Story Behind our OG Boodoo:
For anyone who's from the West Indies or have friends from there, this line should sound familiar: pass the pepper sauce!
That's what we'd always say when at our good friend Brandon Boodoo's house, enjoying his dad Eddie's food with his latest batch of homemade Trinidadian pepper sauce. No meal would be complete or get started without a good dash of his pepper sauce to accompany it. We'd add it on everything from curry to rice to doubles, with a side of homemade kuchela (IYKYK). Add in a dash of pepper sauce with cucumber or mango chow, and we'd be savoring every bite. Every batch of sauce was made with love, heat, and most of all, flavour that would have us craving more. This was the sauce experience we wanted to share with our OG Boodoo - in honour of Brandon who unfortunately left us in 2017, and the moments we'd share together at his dad's house. Thank you Boodoo - your spirit lives on through pepper sauce and so much more.
