Customers love this sweet and spicy hot sauce, praising its "perfect balance" of peach sweetness, maple, and ghost pepper heat. Reviewers say it's "flavorful" and versatile on wings, eggs, tacos, pizza, and more. Most find the heat approachable at 3/5 intensity. Two customers noted it's not quite like hot honey as described, but overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive.

It’s not just spicy it actually has flavor, I’ve been using it on wings, but honestly it would be delicious on pretty much anything.
Definitely one I’d keep stocked if you like a sweet + spicy combo.

We love the Project Casper hot sauce! It has a great sweet peach taste while packing a pleasant punch. It's wonderful in a sandwich, as a dip, on tacos, with fish and grilled meats. We order multiple bottles at once to make sure we never run out!

We order multiple bottles at once to make sure we never run out! We've been ordering it for 2 years and the taste and heat has always been very consistent. Our absolute favorite hot sauce!
I tried the Sweet Spicy Peach Maple Garlic Sauce on chicken drumsticks, marinated them, and grilled on the BBQ 🍗🔥. The sauce is sweet with a little kick of spice – absolutely delicious! 😋 Our family loved it and we’ll definitely be buying it again. The perfect balance of sweet and spicy makes it a new favorite in our kitchen! 💛

I am in LOVE with this hot sauce, the spice is the perfect amount and I love how much flavour this sauce has! I added it to a breakfast sandwhich, and let me just say... I will be doing this EVERY single time! 10/10 recommend!

I love hot sauce with fruit! This was such a delicious sweet and sour and spicy sauce - not too spicy, but still so flavorful. It was delicious on chicken wings and eggs!

I used this as a topper on my breakfast as well as sauce on some wings and they were both a hit! I loved the subtle sweetness and perfect amount of heat.

If you like hot sauces but appreciate actually still feel the taste of the food under the heat of sauce - this is a great choice! Hot sauce with sweet honey and peach note and strong heat adds extra flavour to the food without masking it completely.

We’ve had LITS before it it truly never disappoints. I wasn’t really a spicy kind of girl before but now I’m not afraid of it. My husband says it taste like a sweet and sour from McDonald’s but spicy! 🌶️

I am a hot sauce connoisseur and this was right up my alley. Hot enough without being deathly. But with a hint of sweet. I could totally taste the peaches and it went well with the heat factor!

I am not very good with spice so I thought this being sweet would help me but wow it really has a kick!! The second you feel it on your tongue that’s it!! But I loved it so much, in moderation just a few drops on my brie was perfect to have that kick with all the sweetness of the maple peach and the garlic was amazing!!

Project Casper is a good sweet and spicy blend hot sauce, but I don't think it is exactly like a hot honey (if that is what you are looking for) per their description.

We really enjoyed this hot sauce. So many hot sauces are going for the novelty of the hottest sauce and have no flavour and this was the complete opposite. It is really flavourful and enjoyable to eat, its hot but not novelty hot and leaves a nice tingle on your tongue and in throat. We had it on wings and with a mild cheese and baguette and it was great, but would love to try it in a marinade for the bbq.

The peaches and maple syrup work well together to give some sweetness to the ghost peppers. I love spicy sauces but this sauce is flavorful and not just heat.
I drank quite a bit from the bottle 😅 but I also used it on burritos, in rice dishes, on burgers and as a wing sauce. I would honestly put this sauce on EVERYTHING.
It will definitely be a staple in my pantry!

I'm more of a chilli oil kinda girl. A lot of time I didn't think the hot sauce had enough flavours besides it being just spicy. Really enjoyed the peach sweetness while still have heat.

This hot sauce had amazing flavour with a little kick. I’m not usually one to grab hot sauce, but this hot sauce is so flavourful and compliments many dishes!

LITS sauce always kills it. I’ve had multiple hot sauces from them and it’s always amazing. This is their Project Casper sauce, it’s their Sweet & Spicy Peach and Maple Garlic sauce and it’s friggin awesome with wings (kinda like hot honey but not as thick and with a lot of flavour). I would also put this on pizza , and it would be great on pork chops or to give salads a kick. It’s got ghost peppers to give it a decent kick and I am all for it. Friggin awesome!

I love finding Canadian brands and was really impressed with the spice! It is definitely hot but I love spice and it has a nice sweet tang to it too!

I tried this sauce with crispy chicken wings and it was a great combo. The peach and maple add a nice sweetness, while the garlic and spice give it a good kick. It coated the wings really well and worked perfectly as both a glaze and dipping sauce. Definitely a fun sauce to try if you enjoy sweet and spicy flavors.

I'm a sucker for a good hot sauce and this one hit all the marks. It was sweet, savoury and ended in a spice is nice but not gonna hurt you the next day kind of way! I loved the flavour and versatility this sauce provides. I'm a vegetarian so I don't use hot sauce in the traditional way and enjoyed it on top of crackers with cream cheese and a drizzle on top of air fried panko battered cauliflower.I will def buy this one when the bottle runs out.

🔥🌶️ Project Casper 🇨🇦
As a Latina, hot sauce is basically part of our family culture! .... if it doesn’t have a little kick, is it even food? So we’re always on the hunt for new flavours… and Project Casper seriously surprised my husband and I.
Made proudly in Toronto, Canada, this sauce is a fun twist on hot honey garlic, blended with peaches and maple syrup... yes, Canadian sweetness meets bold heat!
Don’t let the ghost peppers scare you 🤣… just like its name, Casper is actually friendly. You expect it to be crazy spicy, but instead you get this perfect balance of sweet, smoky, and spicy that makes you want to use it in every single meal.
✅ All natural✅ Vegan✅ Gluten-free✅ Big flavour, no guilt!!

The Casper Sauce from Lost In The Sauce Project is a bold and balanced flavour packed bottle of deliciousness! The heat is approachable and it enhances the food rather than overpowering it. The small-batch, all-natural recipe makes it incredibly versatile and equally delicious drizzled, mixed into recipes, or used as a marinade. I also love that you can taste the peachyness! This is for sure a standout Canadian hot sauce!

It’s like hot honey garlic but with peaches and maple syrup. Ghost peppers make it sound scary but it’s actually super balanced, sweet, a little heat, and really easy to love.
Toronto really came through with this one.

I love spicy food and I love trying not hot sauces. The flavour profile in this is absolutely unreal. You get the sweet the savory and some spice. It's 3/5 for heat and it's perfect. Would use this in a cocktail as well ... 10/10 recommend
